The boys are back with the recap to UFC:Austin. Dana White does it every week, always topping the past card. We got 8 KOs & 6 in the 1st round for an electrifying fight night. Once again we didn’t see the Cowboy vs Lauzon retirement fight and maybe its time to hang that one up. We instead got Kevin Holland vs Tim Means for the Co-Main event which saw Holland easily win as he continues to climb the welterweight division. In our main event we saw Josh Emmett win a very controversial Split decision which we had to talk about because it may be the worst decision YET. Outside of the fightcard we talk about Nate Diaz wanting to leave his contract to go fight Jake Paul.

The boys are back with the recap to Beterbiev vs Smith Card Recap. We got to see upcoming prospects such as Bruce Carrington & Jahi Tucker both showcase their boxing skills in effortless KOs. In our Co-Main event we saw Robeisy Ramirez easily dispatch of undefeated Abraham Nova in the 5th Round. Our main event was a one sided wrecking job that saw Artur Beterbiev destroy Joe Smith Jr in 2 rounds. He showed just how big of a difference there is between him & anybody else at 175 other than Bivol. We discuss Beterbiev’s potential opponents such as Yard even though we all want to see him vs Bivol. As always Spark up, Pour up & enjoy.

The boys are back with a new UFC episode. We got UFC Austin underway this weekend which stacks up to be a great card. We got Big Mouth Kevin Holland vs Old School Tim means which should show us a good step up in competition for Kevin Holland in his current Welterweight run. We got the retirement fight for Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone vs Joe Lauzon. Two UFC Legends going to give us their all on their way out & into the Hall of Fame eventually. Our Main event we got 4th Ranked Calvin Kattar vs 7th Ranked Josh Emmett in this top tier Featherweight bout. Very fundamentally strong striker in Kattar & heavy handed Josh Emmett sets up to be a banger; as always we breakdown the fights & give out our picks which have been red hot now for months. We also look into the UFC news with upcoming fights & drama going on outside the ring between multiple fighters. As always spark up, pour up & enjoy.

The boys are back for another Boxing episode. We got a low-key banger of a fight this upcoming weekend. Artur Beterbiev vs Joe Smith Jr; This is a unification bout of The Lightheavyweight division. The winner here is walking out with 3 of the 4 belts & will most likely look towards facing Bivol next to claim undisputed. Beterbiev 19-0 with 19 finishes, 100% KO Rate, is a little older but will age be enough for the common man Joe Smith to once again prove to not count him out as an underdog? Also we discuss some boxing news such as former prospect of the year Edgar Berlanga biting people & upcoming boxing fights to look forward to.

The boys are back after an EPIC UFC 275. Top to bottom what a great card that definitely over delivered. Shoutout dem AUSSIE boys for going out and putting they country on they back; Jake Matthews & Jack Della Maddalena both put on a boxing clinic to get the KOs for they country. Hometown Hero Zhang Weili with all due respect sent Joanna to the Shadow Realm with an insane spinning back fist. Shoutout Joanna for a hell of a career & with her retirement she definitely will be in the Hall of Fame. The controversial Shevchenko vs Santos we have to discuss because wow that was a close ass fight which nobody saw coming for the Great Valentina. Possibly the best fight of the year saw the crowning on a new 205 King in Jiri Prochazka. The OG Glover did enough to win but the way of the samurai led Jiri to Gold. The Women's GOAT Valetina Shevchenko defending her belt against the New DAWG on the block Talia Santos. Will Santos uncrown the 125 Queen or will Valentina going to rinse & Repeat. The Main Event, The OG Champ Glover Teixeira vs Jiri Prochazka the Czech 1 Man Killing crew. Glover has already whooped FatherTime ass can we do the same to Jiri? Haney vs Kambosos was the talk of the town just for a very dominant performance from Haney to finally become Undisputed, but Kambosos would tell you thats just the ART of WAR. Is Stephon Fulton the best current boxer out of Philly? He looked the Part in his dominating win over Danny Roman. KO of the Year Contender from Joe Cordina to win his 1st belt over the weekend too, took Ogawa Head off. Is this the best year of boxing?? In UFC we had a decent Apex Card only to have a very controversial Main event. Volkov gets the TKO win in 2 minutes but was it early stoppage???
